Blue Plate Special explores more than a century of diner food traditions—from the 1890s horse-drawn lunch wagons, to mid-century metal-and-neon diner cars, to today’s globally influenced working-class foodways spanning Asian, Greek, Caribbean, and Middle Eastern flavors. Each dinner will showcase a unique modern interpretation of what a “diner dish” can be.

Each Blue Plate Special evening will feature a limited-seating, multi-course tasting menu created in collaboration with that month’s guest chef. Menus will reinterpret nostalgic classics through fresh, creative, and globally inspired techniques—while preserving the comfort and familiarity that define diner culture.
Tickets are $150 per person++, with a $55 wine pairing available.
